James Wild MP meets students from Snettisham Primary School and Heacham Junior School in Parliament
James was pleased to meet with pupils from both Snettisham Primary School and Heacham Junior School during their visit to Parliament on Monday.
As part of their visit, pupils took part in a combined Q&A session with James in Parliament’s Education Centre. James enjoys welcoming local children to Parliament to learn more about democracy and giving them a chance to grill him on subjects that matter to them. He is always impressed by the wide variety of questions asked.
Questions included what James enjoys most about being an MP, what he does day-to-day, what inspired him to become an MP and how he travels to work. James was also asked who his favourite MP to listen to in debate is.
Commenting after the visit James said:
“It was great to talk to the pupils about my role as MP and how I help constituents, campaign to improve our area, pass laws, and hold the government to account.”
